The panel has a formwork sheet defining a front face of a formwork, and stiffeners placed on a rear face of the sheet. An adjustment unit adjusts spacing of the stiffeners. The adjustment unit is configured to change the curvature of the sheet. A movement platform (3) is connected to the formwork sheet by a longitudinal support arm. The support arm comprises a guide finger adapted to move in an opening of the platform. The opening comprises a curvilinear part (91) in which the finger is moved during change of the curvature of the sheet.
