The device (D) has a protection cover (CP) comprising a protection zone (ZP) placed in front of an electric terminal (BE) of an electrical equipment i.e. electronic box (EE), and an electric lug (CE). The cover is formed from a rigid electrically insulating material so as to prevent an electrical contact between the electric terminal and/or the lug and an electrically conducting element close to the electric terminal after a shock. The zone has a number of housings (LC) equal to number of terminals of the electric equipment, where each of the housings receives a projection end of the terminal. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
