The installation has a work structure (1) comprising two vertical frames (2) with a set of posts (3). A set of nodes (4) is arranged on the vertical frames. A swinging of a railing (7) is performed in an outside direction of the work structure. A stop is arranged for limiting swinging of the railing that is suspended along one direction that is opposed to another direction such that any passage of the stop from an active position to an inactive position by swinging of the railing is inhibited around its suspension zones.
