PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holeless raising seedling box for a paddy rice in which the seedling root does not grow out of a bottom surface of the raising seedling box for a paddy rice because of no hole, entanglement of the seedling root in the raising seedling box for a paddy rice does not become stronger than necessary and a seedling suitable for a transplanter can be raised, and a seeding method for the same.SOLUTION: A holeless raising seedling box for a paddy rice adopts the following means. Firstly, the holeless raising seedling box for a paddy rice is a raising seedling box for a paddy rice to raise a mat seedling for a transplanter.
