PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure renewal method that can keep costs low by achieving further shortening of a construction period and enabling diversion of more structure parts, in comparison with a conventional technology.;SOLUTION: A structure 1 is divided into upper and lower structure sections 2 and 3 while the structure 1 is held. The lower structure section 3 is removed. A new lower structure section is arranged below the upper structure section 2 while the upper structure section 2 is held.
