PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave no unmelted material in thermoplastic resin material during a melting process, when extrusion-molding a specified resin product etc. from an extruder.SOLUTION: When thermoplastic synthetic resin material is melted and supplied to an extruder 2 through a supplying channel 4 connected, to mold a specified mold product, unmelted resin in the supplied melted resin is resolved by an ultrasonic wave or a high frequency wave from oscillating/vibrating means 11, to form melted resin. The oscillating/vibrating means 11 is mounted in at least any of the extruder 2 itself, the supplying channel 4, or the molding part (8, 10). For example, the supplying channel 4 connected to the extruder 2 is formed as L-shaped in the side view so as to go downward from a conduit tube 5 and an L-shaped conduit tube 6, a mixing device 14 is arranged in a supplying hole of the horizontal conduit tube 5 of the supplying channel 4, and the oscillating/vibrating means 11 arranged outside of the L-shaped conduit tube 6 is combined with the mixing device 14 through a vibration transmission member 13 inserted from outside of the L-shaped conduit tube 6.
