PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a constitution capable of securing safety in replacing a main filter portion and safety in driving a fan of a fan driving portion by manual rotation of a crank portion, in terms of ventilation in a shelter.;SOLUTION: In a shelter ventilation system, a partitioning wall 7 is provided with a through hole 13; a pretreatment filter portion 8 and a main filter portion 9 are disposed at a front room B side of the partitioning wall 7; and a fan driving portion 10 and a crank portion 11 are disposed at an evacuation room C side of the partitioning wall 7. Thus a worker can execute an operation in safety in rotating a fan of the fan driving portion 10 by manual rotation of the crank portion 11; and further as the evacuation room C is prevented from being contaminated in replacing the main filter portion 9, secondary exposure and secondary contamination in the shelter can be suppressed to the minimum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
