PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an epoch-making LED board enabling high efficiency heat radiation to be attained at LED board fulfilling a necessity for establishing brightness of 800 lumens or more in a bulb type LED lighting apparatus, in particular, without changing a size of bulb of 60 W or more.;SOLUTION: A bulb type LED lighting apparatus having a high efficiency heat radiation structure of this invention is characterized in that either monocrystal or polycrystal sapphire is used as material for an LED board; and a heat radiation unit is connected to a layer substrate having a structure in which its bottom surface or both surfaces are connected to a heat radiation metallic board of copper or aluminum, and the heat radiation metal board of the layer substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
