PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decolorable electrophotographic toner that includes a colorant and a UV absorber sufficiently dispersed therein, and has excellent color developability, transparency, and light resistance; a master batch used for the manufacture of the same; and a manufacturing method of a decolorable electrophotographic toner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a decolorable electrophotographic toner according to the present invention includes kneading while heating a UV absorber, a colorant, a master batch including a first resin, and a decoloring agent.
