PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support sales expansion of boiler fuel conversion based on various kinds of information relevant to a customer.;SOLUTION: A sales expansion support system 10 of boiler fuel conversion is provided, which includes: a customer desire extraction part 112 which extracts from a customer, a conversion desire of boiler fuel based on at least any factor of cost reduction and an environmental countermeasure of the boiler fuel; a population determination part 116 which in a region where boiler equipment of the customer has is installed, extracts boiler equipment using fuel of specifications which is the same or similar to that of the boiler equipment of the customer, adds the extracted boiler equipment to candidates of an object customer to whom boiler fuel conversion is proposed, and determines a population of the object customer; a priority determination part 120 which estimates a remaining life period after a modification work for converting boiler fuel, and determines business priority regarding boiler fuel conversion of the object customer; and a proposition material preparation part 122 which prepares a proposition material describing at least specifications, a modification range and approximate costs of the boiler equipment, for the object customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
