PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a device capable of inspecting a crack occurring along circumferential welding of a connection part of a tube with an insertion type ultrasonic inspection device, but there is not a device for detecting a crack occurring in the axial direction.;SOLUTION: Using an ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic wave is made to come always at a certain angle with respect to the normal line of the inner surface of a tube, diffraction wave occurring at the tip of a crack is captured, and the presence/absence of a crack and the depth of the crack are inspected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
