PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems, methods, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for facilitation of communication between recipients and third-parties, in which a recipient such as a physician requests and then is facilitated in engaging in communication with a selected third party, such as a medical specialist.;SOLUTION: The third party may be selected based on the physician's request or on other information gained prior to or at the time of the request, such as a response to a questionnaire. A context for the communication is maintained during the communication and stored thereafter.
