In various embodiments, systems, methods, computer-readable media, andapparatusesfor facilitation of communication between recipients and third-parties. Arecipient, such,for example, a physician may request and then be facilitated in engaging incommunication witha selected third party, such as a medical specialist. The third party may beselected based on thephysician's request or on other information gained prior to or at the time ofrequest, such as inresponse to a questionnaire. A context for the communication may be maintainedduring thecommunication and stored thereafter. During subsequent communication, thestoredcommunication may be used to restore the previous context of the previouscommunication.Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
