PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more effective target advertisements.;SOLUTION: By using attribute information stored in the local storage of a terminal, the page of a domain in which attribute information exists is accessed under the consideration of not only the attribute information of the domain but also the attribute information stored in the local storage (S6) so that it is possible to provide more effective target advertisements.
