PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding-back method and a folding-back perforation forming knife thereof, for folding back a continuous packing bag without becoming bulky.;SOLUTION: The knife is thrust in a lateral seal part for connecting the continuous packing bag, and a zigzag-shaped perforation is formed in the lateral seal part. The packing bag is bent so that a surface of becoming the knife thrust-in side overlaps toward the lateral seal part with its perforation as a bending reference. The knife used therefor has a blade piece 24a projected so that a cutting edge 26 crossing in a V shape at an acute angle continues sideways side by side, and inclined faces 24e and 24f extending in a divergent shape toward the dedendum side from the cutting edge 26 are provided on the left and right of an edge 26a in the blade piece 24a, and a bottom part 26b crossing in a V shape in a trough part 24b of the cutting edge 26 and a notch recess 27 of chipping the bottom part 26b, are provided every other one part, and are formed in a saw-blade shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
