DOUBLE RASCHEL WARP KNITTED FABRIC AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double raschel warp knitted fabric which prevents a knitting yarn used for tying a surface fabric and a back fabric from pulling from the surface fabric not only when being seated thereon but also when being scratched by a projection, and further can maintain abrasion resistance, namely, a double raschel warp knitted fabric having adequate scratch resistance.;SOLUTION: The double raschel warp knitted fabric is formed by entangling a binding yarn knitted in a surface fabric and a binding yarn knitted in a back fabric with each other to bind the surface fabric and the back fabric. The binding yarn knitted in the surface fabric is formed by shrinking a shrinkable yarn. In addition, a fineness of the binding yarn knitted in the surface fabric is smaller than a fineness of the binding yarn knitted in the back fabric.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
