PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method of detecting a plasma cell neoplasm where, in a biological sample of an object person who is suspected to have a plasma cell neoplasm, one marker selected from a group composed of Centriolin, histones H4, neuroblast differentiation-related protein AHNAK isoform 1 and titin isoform N2-A is detected.
