PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sense of unfairness on the content of an advertisement page.;SOLUTION: An advertisement page providing apparatus includes: a counting unit which counts the number of transitions from display screens relating to services to an advertisement page including a specific advertisement frame displaying an advertisement of one of a plurality of services, for each of the services; a service selection unit which selects a service whose advertisement is displayed in the specific advertisement frame from among the services, on the basis of the number of transitions counted by the counting unit; and a generation unit which generates an advertisement page to be provided to a terminal device via a network, the advertisement page including the specific advertisement frame displaying the advertisement of the service selected in the service selection unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
