PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can reduce a fit-in cost of a valve cotter and can accurately fit the valve cotter.;SOLUTION: Even if a shaft center axis 78 and a valve system center axis 76 are displaced from each other, the axial alignment of the shaft center axis 78 and the valve system center axis 76 becomes possible by the slide-movement of a valve-side tapered part 74 by a shaft-side tapered part 80. Since the axial alignment can be performed by a simple device constitution, the fit-in cost of the valve cotter can be reduced. Furthermore, since the valve cotter is fit into a groove 82 of a valve system 24 after performing the axial alignment of the shaft center axis 78 and the valve system center axis 76, the valve cotter can be accurately fit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
