PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems found in the conventional ceiling duct and spot cooler blowing cold air toward a specified location that cold air is blown toward only one location, inconvenient as well as useless in operation, produces excessive cold state, and other problems on cost and operation caused by blowing-out cold air through the corresponding air outlet in compliance with a worker's action to move for a working site.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an agitating fan installed at a duct air-outlet of a ceiling duct comprising: an annular body installed at the duct air-outlet of the ceiling duct; a pair of legs installed near an outer surface of the annular body; U-shaped fixing member of beam segments; a fan arranged at the fixing member; a plurality of stoppers arranged at the annular body; a first stopper screw arranged at the stopper and press attached to the outer surface of the air-outlet; second stopper screws each arranged at each of long holes of each of the legs of the fixing member and press attached to the outer surface of the annular body. This invention eliminates too cold air and promotes air agitation and diffusion.
