PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array sensor for measuring a target molecule or nanoparticle not by selectively capturing the target by use of a chemical bond through a linker molecule or an aptamer but by physically detecting a Raman scattering signal or an emission signal in an individual hot spot when a molecule or a light-emitting nanoparticle enters an enhanced electromagnetic field hot spot.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional array of electromagnetic field hot spots is configured by two-dimensionally and periodically arranging metal nanostructures having the same shape and the same electromagnetic field enhancing effect. A spectrum of each hot spot is measured while scanning a laser beam or a sample stage to detect a target molecule, and thereby, to detect molecules in a solution or to obtain abundance ratios of a plurality of molecules.
