PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that keeps and stores data of a "death notice card" and "delivery destination and its utilization method" prepared in advance by a data depositor on their own before their death, and delivered or used for their funeral after their death, and automatically obtains death information on the data depositor to use the information for the delivery of the "death notice card" and request for a funeral for the data depositor; and a system that makes persons involved with the depositor confirm the storage of the data.;SOLUTION: The delivery of a "death notice card" and "delivery destination and its utilization method" prepared in advance by a person on their own before their death, and delivered or used for their funeral after their death, is performed by using individual life and death information (including information related to the My Number System) carried by systems of public offices, financial institutions or funeral services.
