PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure of a cylindrical-shaped battery having less risk that safety is impaired when abnormalities such as internal short-circuit of the cylindrical-shaped battery occur.SOLUTION: A lid structure 30 for sealing an opening of a bottomed cylindrical shaped outer can 10 includes: a first safety valve 35 which is opened when internal pressure of the outer can 10 exceeds a first valve working pressure and closed when the internal pressure of the outer can 10 is reduced equal to or lower than the first valve working pressure; and a second safety valve 36 which is opened when the internal pressure of the outer can 10 exceeds a second valve working pressure higher than the first valve working pressure and prevented from being closed even if the internal pressure of the outer can 10 is reduced equal to or lower than the second valve working pressure after being opened.
