PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic drawing/editing system, a graphic drawing/editing device and a graphic drawing/editing method or the like capable of simplifying the operation of a user when a graphic object is deformed.;SOLUTION: A graphic drawing/editing device includes: drawing means for drawing an object constituted of a segment; setting means for setting points on the segment constituting the object as fixed points on the basis of the operation of a user interface; and deformation means for deforming the object in accordance with the operation of the user interface corresponding to a position between the first and second fixed points set on the segment by the setting means, that is, deformation means for deforming the object such that a portion between the first and second fixed points on the segment is deformed, and that any range other than the range between the first fixed point and the second fixed point is not deformed regardless of the operation of the user interface, and that the object constituted of the segment is deformed and turned into the object including a curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
