PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource management system capable of giving an instruction to housing equipment to change operation mode using a housing information panel provided to each dwelling unit in a collective housing receiving a request to reduce the consumption of a resource from an external management unit out of the collective housing.;SOLUTION: The resource management system includes: a housing information panel 11; a communication control unit; a management unit; and a controller 30. The housing information panel 11 is connected to a private communication network NT1 of the collective housing. The communication control unit relays data between the private communication network NT1 and an external telecommunication circuit. The housing information panel 11 includes a mode selection section 116 and an instruction section 117. Receiving a request to reduce the consumption of resource from the management unit, the mode selection section 116 selects a control mode in which a limit value is set to the consumption amount of the resource. When the consumption amount of the resource exceeds the limit value in a period of the control mode selected by the mode selection section 116, the instruction section 117 gives an instruction to the equipment 31 to operate in the operation mode to reduce the consumption amount of the resource.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
