PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitness exerciser which is used for prevention and improvement of metabolic syndrome, sarcopenia, and locomotive syndrome, which is hooked on a horizontal bar in a school yard or an exercise bar at home for a person to hang from it with a reverse grip, and which thereby corrects the posture straight to prevent/improve a stiff shoulder, a stoop, low back pain, diet, and so on.;SOLUTION: A pipe b of medium thickness is used as a material so that the exerciser can be used by a child as well as by an older person and can hold the body weight. The pipe is bent to make four corners to form a rectangle, with the long sides mountain folded at the center like an alphabet "A", and with a hook formed in a part of the short side.
