PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray movable diaphragm device having: a plurality of diaphragm vanes which can control an irradiation range while exceeding the irradiation field center; and shield vanes which can shield off focus radiation by interlocking with the movement of the diaphragm vanes.;SOLUTION: An X-ray movable diaphragm device comprises: a plurality of first diaphragm vanes 1331 which limit an irradiation range of X-rays, and can independently move in a first directions while exceeding the center of a length along the first direction within the maximum diameter of the irradiation range; a plurality of second diaphragm vanes 1333 which limit the irradiation range to a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and a shield part which arranges a plurality of first shield vanes 1337 which are movable in the first direction by interlocking with the movement of the first diaphragm vanes 1331, at the side of the X-ray focus point, arranges a plurality of second shield vanes 1339 which are movable in the second direction by interlocking with the movement of the second diaphragm vanes, at the side of the X-ray focus point, and shields the X-ray existing outside a region which is interposed by the first and second diaphragm vanes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
