PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal peeling device improved in detachability of a seal.;SOLUTION: An elastic seal for placing a mount 110 having an adhered seal 100 bonded thereto is constituted by laminating a viscous second sheet 134 on an elastic first sheet 132. In the case where the mount 110 is placed and fixed on the second sheet 134, the second sheet 134 is formed to support a portion of the seal 100 excepting its peripheral edge portions 102A and 102B. By a pair of opposite pawl-shaped members 32 and 34 of a robot-operated working hand 30, a portion of the mount 110 on both sides of the seal 100, which is not in contact with the second sheet 134, is pushed down. As a result, the mount 100 is warped to cause a bending deformation in the seal 100 so that the elastic restoration accompanying the deformation may exceed the adhesive force between the mount 110 and the seal 100. Then, the pawl-shaped members 32 and 34 are moved along the mount 110 toward the parts 102A and 102B of the peripheral edge part of the seal 100 so that they are inserted between the seal 100 and the mount 110.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
