PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter in which everyone that hands a printed matter can view hue changes rapidly, and very easily, and can perform authenticity discrimination without requiring a special tool like a special light source and a filter like a forgery prevention art using a conventional metameric pair ink.SOLUTION: A printed image having a first image area and a second image area is formed on at least one part of a base material. The first image area includes: a first image element group comprising a colored impregnation ink having a first color tone; and a second image element group comprising a colored ink having a second color tone different from the first color tone, the second image area is formed by a colored ink having a third color tone that is a combination color of the first color tone and the second color tone, the first image area and the second image area are formed to be isochromatic under reflection light of visible light.
