PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method of a metallic structure using a diamond wire saw, which is capable of cutting through a metallic structure with ease by using a diamond wire saw.;SOLUTION: A cutting method of a metallic structure using a diamond wire saw includes: a frame mounting step of mounting a portal frame 5 on which pulleys 12a, 13a, 14a, and 15a are disposed, above a ship 2 that is a cutting object and in a cutting direction so as to bridge the ship; a winding step of winding a diamond wire saw 1 driven by a wire saw machine 6, around the outer periphery of the ship together with the pulleys; and a cutting step of cutting the ship by circulating the diamond wire saw in the cutting direction by using the wire saw machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
