PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator pit raising/lowering ladder device which can attain a usable state through complicated operations as few as possible and which allows an easy transfer and can obstruct a pit work as little as possible.;SOLUTION: An elevator pit raising/lowering ladder device 1 comprises a ladder portion 3, a hand hook portion 5 and door fixing means 7. The hand hook portion 5 is fixed on the inner face of a hoistway at a landing door 21 of the lowest floor, and moves integrally with the landing door when the landing door is opened and closed. The ladder portion is fixed on the side face in a pit and below a hand hook portion 5 when the landing door is opened. The door fixing means 7 fixes the position of the landing door 21 in the state of a positional relation, in which the ladder portion 3 and the hand hook portion 5 are vertically arranged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
