PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric capable of manufacturing a nonwoven fabric having uniform physical properties, and to provide a web drafter capable of manufacturing such a nonwoven fabric.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric of this invention includes conveying a fiber web while holding it between only draft rollers having a smooth surface and then combining fiber webs. The draft rollers constituting a pair that hold a fiber web therebetween have different circumferential speeds. The web drafter has a plurality of pairs of draft rollers including an upper draft roller and a lower draft roller. Each of the upper draft roller and the lower draft roller constituting each of the pairs of draft rollers has a smooth surface and circumferential speeds of the upper draft roller and the lower draft rollers of the same pair of draft rollers can be controlled independently.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
