The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric using a yarn and a web cross laminator for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric using a yarn. The present invention can: form a tangled sheet type web while dropping a twisted yarn to make the overall thickness of the nonwoven fabric even and manufacture the nonwoven fabric having a structure of more tangled yarn, thereby improving the quality of the nonwoven fabric and manufacturing the nonwoven fabric for various purposes in a suitable form; adjust the height of dropping the twisted yarn to control the entangled structure of the web and the thickness of the web; and adjust a degree of twisting the yarn in real time to control the entangled structure of the web and the thickness of the web more precisely, thereby manufacturing the nonwoven fabric for various purposes in an optimal form.
