PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fine particle by a liquid-a liquid interface flow control in a micro channel; and a crystallizer used in the production method.;SOLUTION: A microreactor that has a trifurcated fluid supply passage, a solution A' in which a solute S is dissolved in a solvent A by a high concentration, a solvent B that has affinity and low miscibility to the solvent A, and does not substantially dissolve the solute S are prepared, while one of the solution A' and the solvent B is consecutively supplied to a main flow passage on a central axis of the trifurcated fluid supply passage in which a fluid is supplied, the other solution or solvent is consecutively supplied to two sub channels that perform confluence to the main flow passage, a flow quantity of at least one of the solution A' and the solvent B is controlled, and a liquid-a liquid interface is adjusted, and a fine particle of the solute S is crystallized at the interface. In this case, flow behaviors of the solution A' and the solvent B may be a parallel flow or a plug flow, and can be arbitrarily selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
