PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection system capable of permitting a plurality of participants to change each projection setting of an image projector after installation thereof while suppressing generation of wrong operations, and projecting a projection image appropriate for more seating positions.SOLUTION: An image projection system management database included in an image projection system 700 stores: operation permission information capable of identifying mobile information terminals 301 used by an operator who is permitted to remotely control a projector 100 or a setting change capable person permitted to change settings of the projector 100; and projection condition information including information of the projector 100 and the mobile information terminals 301. The projector 100 includes at least optical axis attitude adjustment means for adjusting a position of a projection image 1 on a projected surface 11, and can be controlled remotely from a plurality of remote control devices 300. In addition, only the mobile information terminals 301 used by the operator or the setting change capable person can remotely control the projector 100 according to the projection condition information stored in the image projection system management database.
