PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of culturing a plant worm in which, by suppressing life activity only on an insect, a state where bacteria are easily infected on the insect is made, and, even for a pupa whose growth is progressed, eclosion is suppressed and the infection ratio of a plant worm can be increased in order to solve a problem in which a pupa whose growth is progressed ecloses without the infection of bacteria, and such occurrence of eclosion leads to not only a yield problem but also environmental deterioration caused by meconia.;SOLUTION: A method of culturing a plant worm is characterized in that an insect is used as a host, the germ of a plant worm is inoculated to the insect, and thereafter, carbon dioxide is acted on the insect.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
