PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily reserving an on-demand visit-type service with the use of public means of transportation.;SOLUTION: A request reception unit 40 receives a reservation request for at least one visit-type service supplied by visiting a user's location. A first acquisition unit 42 acquires a period for which the visit-type service can be reserved, with the use of a reservation management unit 41 for managing a reservation for a visit-type service. A second acquisition unit 43 acquires operation information of on-demand traffic capable of carrying a provider of the visit-type service to/from the user's location, with the use of a reservation system of the on-demand traffic, which is means of on-demand public transportation.
