PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition for facilitating angiogenesis by promoting blood circulation, promoting survival of vascular endothelial cells, promoting mobility of the vascular endothelial cell, and promoting angiogenesis by the vascular endothelial cells with extract of ginseng, a skin beauty promoting composition providing effects for skin whitening and skin moisture retention by suppressing skin aging and improving wrinkle; and a composition for promoting erection of penis by increasing generation of nitrogen oxide (NO) which is a signal transmitter inducing a potent relaxing effect on smooth muscle of penis spongy tissue, resulting in improvement in male function.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition promoting blood circulation, which comprising ethanol extract of ginseng as an active ingredient.
