PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten generation efficiency by effectively using a site area in a required site, using a required space, and disposing photovoltaic power generation panels as many as possible.;SOLUTION: In the high efficiency power generation unit, a both surface light receiving power generation panel is disposed at a vertical frame provided with a reflection panel frame at a bottom part thereof and a reflection panel is disposed at the reflection panel frame.
