PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily mass-producing stretched fluororesin fiber having a fiber diameter of 10 μm or less or a method of producing a multifilament product, unstretched fluororesin fiber for use in the same, stretched fluororesin fiber having large elongation, and unstretched fluororesin fiber for use in the same.;SOLUTION: The unstretched fluororesin fiber having a fiber diameter of 19 μm or less is made from (A) tetrafluoroethylene/fluoroalkoxytrifluoroethylene copolymer by melt spinning.
