PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a power transmission endless belt, along with the power transmission endless belt, in which a reinforcing body is accurately embedded at a center of cog of the power transmission endless belt.;SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a power transmission endless belt, along with the power transmission endless belt manufactured by the method, at a center of each of a plurality of cogs of a power transmission endless belt, a reinforcing body oriented in the direction orthogonal to a forwarding direction of endless belt is arranged along belt forwarding direction with a constant interval, and under this condition, a plurality of reinforcing bodies ae connected to each other by a connection body oriented in the belt forwarding direction.
