PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile falling prevention device in inclined pile construction which is simple in configurations and excellent in the safety of an operator and an inclined pile construction method using the device and a whole circumference rotating machine capable of preventing pile falling in inclined pile construction.;SOLUTION: In a pile falling preventing device in inclined pile construction, pile receiving materials are installed in at least a part of the gaps of the holding sections of a whole circumference rotating machine which performs inclined pile construction. In an inclined pile construction method, a balance between a pile weight at the lower side and a pile weight at the upper side of the pile receiving materials is calculated from the angle of inclination of the pile by using the pile falling preventing device to use a pile having length that allows the pile to stand without falling with the pile receiving materials as support points. In a whole circumference rotating machine, a plurality of holding sections configured to grip the side face of the pile and gaps disposed among the plurality of holding sections are provided, and the pile receiving materials are installed in at least a part of the gaps of the holding sections.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
