PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered functionally graded diamond composite sintered body in which a cBN particle having hardness and a thermal expansion coefficient nearest to those of diamond is used as a particle added to a diamond particle.;SOLUTION: In a structure in which a plurality of intermediate layers 2 are provided between a diamond sintered body (PCD)1 of the outermost layer and a cemented carbide base body 3, the intermediate layers include the diamond particle, the cBN particle and a metal binder, and the metal binder is any one kind of Co, Ni and Fe or the alloys thereof as a first group component, any one kind of Cr, V and Mo or the alloys thereof as a second group component and any one kind of Al and Mg or the alloys thereof as a third group component, and the first group, second group and third group components are surely included in the metal binder of the intermediate layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
