PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient measurement accuracy even when there is a noise having the same frequency as that of an AC current supplied to a measuring object.;SOLUTION: A processing unit 7 calculates an AC resistance value Rx on the basis of: a first DC component Vdc1 extracted via a voltage detection unit 3, a synchronous detection unit 4, and a filter unit 5 when an AC current I having a first current value I1 is supplied; the first current value I1; a second DC component Vdc2 extracted via the voltage detection unit 3, the synchronous detection unit 4, and the filter unit 5 when an AC current I having a second current value I2 different from the first current value I1 is supplied; and the second current value I2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
