RE-SAMPLING METHOD FOR S PARAMETER AND SERIAL DATA LINK ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of S parameter sets to be merged without causing errors.SOLUTION: A plurality of S parameter sets are stored, and each S parameter set is associated with one sub-system and has an associated impulse response and time interval. A time interval that has increased is acquired on the basis of a time interval associated with each S parameter set. The impulse response of each S parameter set maintains all ripples folded, and in order to increase a time interval, null is filled. A plurality of re-sampled S parameter sets have higher frequency resolution and cover the increased time interval.
