PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which can calculate an amount of dust.;SOLUTION: A root temperature sensor measures root temperature at roots of heat dissipation fins. A cooling air temperature sensor measures cooling air temperature which is for cooling air around the heat dissipation fins and is the temperature of air before cooling the heat dissipation fins. A dust amount detection unit detects an amount of dust attached to the heat dissipation fins on the basis of the an amount of heat dissipation from the heat dissipation fins calculated by a predetermined arithmetic operation, and a temperature difference between the measured root temperature and the measured cooling air temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
