QUAY WALL STRUCTURE AND QUAY WALL FORMATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quay wall structure capable of preventing hitching on concrete armor units of a mooring rope.;SOLUTION: The quay wall structure 1 comprises a plurality of concrete armor units 10 loaded in a predetermined area of seashore of facing to an anchorage facility including a mooring post for tying the mooring rope extended from a ship when the ship comes alongside the pier and a net 20 for covering at least a part of the plurality of concrete armor units 10, and the net 20 is fixed by an anchor to the plurality of concrete armor units 10. Thus, hitching of the mooring rope on the concrete armor units 10 can be reduced. Since the net 20 is also fixed by the anchor, even if the concrete armor units 10 move by a wave, the net can follow up the movement of the concrete armor units 10. Thus, a state of covering an upper surface of the concrete armor units 10 with the net 20, can be maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
