PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of vital data by absorbing a variation of a measurement value among measurement devices.SOLUTION: Vital data transmitted respectively from each of measurement devices DT1 to DTn are corrected in management servers MSV1 and MSV2 on the basis of an off-set value by a device type of the measurement device preliminarily stored in a correction value table 22 and stores the corrected vital data in a database 24. By the management servers MSV1 and MSV2 and an ID conversion server CSV, a user ID given to the vital data is converted to a server individual user ID undergoing respective individual managements by the management servers MSV1 and MSV2, and the vital data is stored in association with the converted server individual user ID.
