PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light exposure quantity measuring device preferably used for measuring a circadian rhythm.SOLUTION: In a light exposure quantity measuring device (10), an illuminance sensor (1) including a visible light range sensor (2) and a blue light range sensor (3), a logger type temperature sensor (7) and a logger type tri-axial acceleration sensor (8) are attached to a hair band (6). It is possible to determine whether or not a subject wears the device by the logger type temperature sensor (7) and the logger type tri-axial acceleration sensor (8). Further, the body motion of the subject can be measured by the logger type tri-axial acceleration sensor (8).
