PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy lens for a security camera, which has a simple configuration and is inexpensive.;SOLUTION: A dummy camera for monitoring includes: a transparent part which is made of a transparent member and has a shape simulating a shape of a lens of a monitoring camera; a sticker having an appearance and a color which are the same as those of the lens of the monitoring camera as viewed from the front of the monitoring camera, and having an area which is substantially the same as the surface area of a spherical part of the transparent part; and a lens housing having a cylindrical part which is opened in the front direction of the monitoring camera and in which the transparent part is fixedly arranged. The transparent part is arranged at the foremost side of the monitoring camera among the members arranged in the cylindrical part.
